Nita Rent Car provides car rental services in Bali, both self-drive and with a driver. All vehicles are rented in roadworthy condition and have undergone routine inspections before use.

Vehicles can be used for travel within Bali, including South, Central, East, and North Bali, as agreed upon in advance.
Any use outside the agreed-upon areas must be notified to Nita Rent Car in advance.

Renters must provide a valid identity card (ID Card/Passport) and a valid driving license (SIM A / International Driving Permit for foreign guests).

A security deposit of Rp1,000,000 is mandatory before the rental period begins. This deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition and no violations are found.

The rental fee must be paid in full before the vehicle is handed over.

Customer cancellations may be subject to a fee based on the cancellation time. Schedule changes are subject to unit availability.

The renter is responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition during the rental period.

Any damage, loss, traffic fines, or misuse of the vehicle during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter and may be deducted from the deposit.

The vehicle must be returned on time according to the agreed rental schedule. Late returns may result in additional charges.

Illegal activities and reckless driving inside or while using the rental vehicle are strictly prohibited.

The vehicle may not be transferred or sub-rented.

The fuel policy follows the agreement made at the time of vehicle handover.
